Brief & Process
The Brand team and CRM team collaborated and provided a detailed brief, including any creative direction. I worked closely with the Copywriter to ensure the visual design complemented the messaging. The email had to be responsive, accessible, visually appealing, and feature clear call-to-action buttons.

Design Development
Figma was utilized to create the initial wireframe for the design. Following a creative meeting to gather feedback and discuss potential iterations, the design was refined and finalized. A prototype link was then added to the project brief, along with any exported graphics or images, ensuring all assets were organized and easily accessible for the CRM coordinator to recreate the design in Klaviyo.

Designs are optimized for different formats like stories, carousels, and static posts, ensuring brand consistency, maximizing audience engagement, and considering accessibility and social media safe zones. The final content is sent to the CRM team, is scheduled, and published to align with the brand’s strategy, resulting in increased engagement and sales.

Brand team collaborates with Clue, a third-party advertising agency, outlining campaign objectives, goals, target audience, creative sets, and channels. Designer takes back Clue's brief and researches past campaigns or competitor's ads for inspiration. Concepts are presented to Brand Manager for approval. Designer and Coordinator work together to storyboard any video ads, specify product to feature, gather props and shooting space.

The Designer and Coordinator collaborate closely during video shoots, with the Designer handling set preparation and modeling the products, while the Coordinator manages camera angles and lighting. Following the shoot, the Designer edits the videos in Canva or CapCut, adapting them to various platform specifications and sizes. For static or GIF ads, the Designer leverages Illustrator and Creatopy to efficiently create and optimize assets.
